Enterprise Capture Suite (eCS) is a comprehensive suite that captures data from various forms and formats, leverages or transforms it for better archival and faster retrieval and delivers quality information to the required business application. The final result is increased responsiveness, reduced cycle times, lower costs and better compliance with records and retention management schedules.

• Capture Services– E-mails, paper scanning, faxes, electronic documents, XMLs and EDI.

• Transforming the captured document– This service accepts electronic data or images, runs enhancement filters, extracts the data, and authenticates and validates the data. It then classifies and indexes the data for proper archival and retrieval or queuing into business applications.  

iProcessFlow

iProcessFlow is a turnkey solution for normalization and automation of business processes. iPF includes three phases:

• Analysis of current business processes and detailed documentation of current processes by interviewing stakeholders, mid level managers, current users of the system and IT staff.

• Normalization of processes includes transforming the current business processes document into a standardized proof of concept with a fixed price quote. The client can ask us to manage the procurement of the solution, take our recommendations, make a bid or no bid decision, or engage us for a fixed price solution.

• Last is the deployment of a proposed solution. The solution is based on using state-of-the-art software for each specific client. We take into account past history of deploying similar solutions. To minimize support issues and provide a cost effective purchase and maintenance of a solution, we also consider the current technology the client has implemented.
