Who uses eCS Retrieval
Medical claim processors can be retrieved using eCS Retrieval. When a claims processor needs to see an attachment they click an embedded link or search for a “Claim Control Number” (CCN) using the eCS Retrieval webpage. Based on the processor's privileges, he or she can re-index, print, or share the document. All steps are audited and are reportable.
